In the new comedy Polygonerz, married game developers Harper (Gregg Wayans) and Wynne (Shvona Chung) create “All Things”, a homage to love and human connection.

When a bank rolling publisher offers them more money then they ever dreamed, they say yes – but at a steep price. The publisher’s handler (Adam Huber) is assigned to monitor the company, exactly when their lead developer comes down with a bad case of Burning Man fever. It’s all a little bit crazy, especially as Wynne and Harper realize the project they started in their garage has evolved into a real company, with employees, bills, marital challenges, and all the headaches that go along with them.

Wynne

Shvona Chung

In her late 20s, ambitious and creative, Wynne stands by her vision for “All Things.” After being harassed at a AAA game studio, she didn’t want another full time job in an industry that continues to look the other way. So, with the support of her husband, Harper, she took a break. With time to think and Harper’s collaboration, she designed a game that connects the isolated.

Harper

Greg Wayans

Harper— collaborative, good-looking, and obviously a Wayans —helped develop “All Things” and is as excited about its success as anyone. They didn’t expect it to go far in this saturated gaming landscape, but here they are. When the stress of shipping starts to strain his relationship with Wynne, he fears he’s losing her cooperation, and he doesn’t understand why.

Marcel

Adam Huber

When his company invests in “All Things,” Marcel is directed to make sure the shaky new indie studio ships a good version 2.0 on time, and on budget. While not wanted, he gets right to work in the face of the team’s irritation. Business is business, and they’ll get over it, if they just bend to his will.

Kendra

Michelle Hayden

The buck stops with our indie game studio’s project manager, who is headstrong, fresh out of college, and somehow glamorous – even in a startup environment. She is organized and normally unphased by silliness, but has almost lost patience with her coworkers as she tries to pull everything together for the game’s release date.
