The Staffing Agreement
We don’t hide the terms. Here’s exactly how this works.
Most software companies bury their terms. We lead with ours — because clients who understand the model are the ones who get the most from it.
- Placement Fee Paid upfront. Covers recruitment, training, and deployment. Non-refundable after your agent goes live — the same way a staffing agency’s placement fee works once the candidate starts.
- Monthly Staffing Fee Due on the first of each month. This isn’t a subscription to software. It’s an ongoing service relationship. We actively manage your agent — not just host them.
- Minimum Term 3 months from go-live. Agents compound in value. Clients who cancel in week two before the agent knows their business haven’t given it a fair run.
- Termination 30 days written notice after the minimum term. Your data, your hardware, and your files are always yours.
- What Happens When You Leave You keep the hardware, your data, and a vanilla OpenClaw install. The agent configuration — the trained workflows and business logic we built — is Bloomwell’s intellectual property, licensed to you during the engagement. When the engagement ends, the license ends. This is how staffing agencies protect their training IP. It’s standard.
